About

I work across the stack, with the strongest emphasis on React, JavaScript and TypeScript, APIs and application integration, C#/.NET, and relational databases. More recently, that work has expanded into large-scale search and conversational AI.

I’m comfortable owning the path from an early requirement to a dependable release: working directly with stakeholders, turning business needs into technical designs, prototyping the uncertain parts, and carrying the result through deployment.

Software Engineer Consultant

Lead developer for two public search experiences and one conversational agent, from requirements and technical design through production deployment.

  • Own work across React interfaces, Node.js APIs, Vertex AI data stores, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
  • Build multilingual semantic search, filtering, generative answers and citations across a 1.5 TiB corpus with 3.2M+ indexed documents.
  • Develop routing and classification for conversational agents and contribute to two additional chatbot projects.
  • Work directly with stakeholders and Google engineers to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.

Rebuilt security-panel programming in React, replacing a legacy JSON-driven implementation while supporting current and historical firmware behavior.

  • Integrated the rewritten application with GraphQL.
  • Built the C#/.NET and SQL Server backend for dealer and installer support-ticket tracking and management.

Built Next.js estimating workflows, including forms, persistence, and construction-estimating calculations.

  • Designed PostgreSQL tables and functions and worked through a containerized PostgREST API.
